Everything in one place

From the moment you hit record to the moment someone else picks up the thread.

My-CoMind Live Capture recording a meeting while decisions and open questions are detected

Live Capture — items detected while the meeting is still running

Live Capture: the whole meeting, not your memory of it

Start recording and keep talking. My-CoMind processes the conversation in short blocks, so you watch decisions and open questions appear while the meeting is still happening.

  • Records meetings, calls, classes, or thinking out loud
  • Captures the call's own audio — other participants included
  • Decisions, action items and open questions extracted as you go
  • One recording becomes one memory — never a pile of fragments
  • Text and documents (PDF, DOCX) work the same way
A My-CoMind living workspace showing where the topic stands, its milestones and open points

A Workspace — where things stand, milestones, open points

A living workspace for every topic

Memories about the same thing gather into one workspace that stays current. Open it and you know where the topic stands in ten seconds — without re-reading twenty notes.

  • Where things stand, right now
  • Key milestones and how it got here
  • Decisions in effect — and which ones were superseded
  • Open points you can answer in place, which closes them
  • A senior specialist on that topic, ready to be asked
The Cognitive Drift panel showing how a position shifted from before to after, with real dates

Cognitive Drift — the shifts over time, in your own words

Cognitive Drift: how the thinking evolved

Most tools answer "what happened?". This one answers "how did the thinking change?" — the shift from one position to the next, with your own words on both sides and the time between them.

  • Each shift shown as before → after, with the real dates
  • How long a position actually held
  • Descriptive, never a judgement or a score
  • Ends with a question worth discussing, not a verdict
  • Available on every plan, including free
Asking a question in plain language and getting an answer sourced from your own memories

Ask a question — get reasoning with the memories behind it

Ask, don't search

Every workspace has a senior specialist that only knows your material. Ask "why did we decide that?" and get the reasoning with the memories it came from.

  • Ask in plain language
  • Answers grounded in your own material
  • Sources cited — click to see the original memory
  • No keyword hunting across folders
Project Synthesis in a My-CoMind organization, showing one topic read across projects

Project Synthesis — the standing read of where a project is

Continuity across a team

Share what matters into a project and the whole group inherits the context. One topic, compared across every project — no status report to write.

  • A project per initiative, client, or person you follow
  • Memory Continuity: search one topic, get one reading per project
  • Members see their own project; leadership sees across all of them
  • Shared memories stay owned by the person who shared them

Yours, and only yours

Your memory stays personal by default. Nothing is shared unless you share it, and your content is never used to train AI models.

  • Never used to train models
  • Sharing is explicit — you approve every memory
  • Built in Ontario, Canada — PIPEDA & CASL compliant
  • You can remove a shared memory anytime

The rest of the system

Cognitive Map

See your knowledge as a map: named clusters, how strongly ideas connect, and where a topic sits in the whole picture.

Calendar Briefings

Connect your calendar and generate a briefing before a meeting, built from your own past conversations and decisions.

Meeting integrations

Already using a meeting recorder? Bring transcripts in from Fireflies and let My-CoMind do the connecting.

Review before it lands

Imported material arrives as suggestions. You approve what becomes a memory — nothing enters your knowledge without you.

Update workspace

Force a refresh whenever you want: it re-checks every loose memory that might belong and rebuilds the reading.

Insights

Patterns across your own material — what you keep returning to, what went quiet, what's still unresolved.

See across everything
you follow

Whoever does the work keeps their own context. Whoever needs the wider view simply reads it — with nobody in between rewriting what already happened.

Accelerators & mentor networks

Each startup becomes a project. Mentors work inside the ones they follow; the program lead reads across all of them.

Search “Go-to-Market” and get one reading per startup — who shifted approach, when, and what's still open.

Companies & project teams

Developers and managers stay in their own project. Directors get the read across everything, without asking anyone to summarize it.

Search “migration” and see which teams moved, which decided the opposite, and where it stalled.

Practices & independent professionals

Therapists, consultants, advisors: one project per client or case. Arrive at each session already knowing where you left off — without rebuilding it from notes.

Search a recurring theme — “insomnia”, “pricing pressure” — and see every case it touched, and how each one moved.

Notes capture moments.
My-CoMind preserves thinking.

There's a fundamental difference between storing text and preserving cognitive continuity.

Your thinking becomes a continuous, questionable memory.

Two plans. That's it.

Start free and stay free if it fits. One paid plan unlocks everything — including organizations.

Free

Everything you need to see whether this changes how you work.

CA$0
30 credits / month
  • Live Capture, text and documents
  • Living workspaces with decisions and open points
  • AI chat over your own memory
  • Cognitive Drift
Need more in a busy month? Add 100 credits for CA$6 — a one-time top-up, no change to your plan.

Credits are how the AI work is measured, so you only spend on what you actually use. A recorded meeting costs by the minute; capturing a note or asking a question costs a fraction of a credit. Reading your workspaces, your timeline and everything already generated is always free.

Take the Context Load Audit

Private by default

Your memory is personal. Organizations are a layer on top of it — nothing crosses over unless you share it.

Never used to train models

Your content is processed to serve you and is never used to train AI models.

Sharing is explicit

A memory only enters a project when you share it, it stays yours, and you can take it back out.

Proud to be Canadian

Straight answers

The things people actually ask before trying it.

What is cognitive continuity?
Cognitive continuity is the ability to pick up exactly where you left off on any topic — with full context of decisions made, open questions, and how your thinking evolved over time. It is the difference between an archive you can search and a memory you can question. Full explanation, with a diagnostic you can run.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your content is processed only to serve you and is never used to train AI models. Your memory stays personal by default and nothing is shared with a team or project unless you explicitly share it.
How does My-CoMind differ from Notion or Fireflies?
Notion stores documents you organize yourself and Fireflies stores transcripts of what was said. My-CoMind automatically connects related memories into living workspaces, tracks how your decisions evolved through Cognitive Drift, and answers questions grounded in your own material with the sources attached. Full breakdowns: vs Notion and vs Fireflies.ai.
Do I have to tag or organize anything?
No. Memories about the same topic gather into a workspace on their own — no folders, no tags, no manual linking. You can force a refresh of any workspace at any time, and it re-checks every loose memory that might belong to it.
Can I use it with a meeting recorder I already have?
Yes. My-CoMind records meetings natively with Live Capture, and it also imports transcripts from Fireflies. Imported material arrives as suggestions that you approve before anything becomes a memory.
What does the free plan include?
The free plan includes 30 credits per month with Live Capture, text and document capture, living workspaces, AI chat over your own memory, and Cognitive Drift. No credit card is required. Reading everything already generated is always free.
Where is My-CoMind built and how is privacy handled?
My-CoMind is built and operated by MY-COMIND INC., a company registered in Ontario, Canada, and run to Canadian privacy expectations under PIPEDA and CASL. Sharing is always explicit and a shared memory can be withdrawn at any time. See the privacy policy for the detail.

Stop rebuilding
context.
